How should I respond when I am told that my product and services are way too much expensive than others ?

My company is providing the Product and Service for the Serialization of Pharma drugs. It is a growing trend in Pakistan. Overall 5 to 6 companies are offering the solution, out of which only one company is providing the actual international standard solution, all others are just offering the solution that my machine could provide itself alone. Also others are using cheap products to lower their cost, obviously my company is working with the best manufacturer in the world Videojet, which is costly. Now I am facing the problem that every prospect I meet, I hear that the difference in the cost is almost thrice as compared to others. Now how could I respond to that ?
